The Residences at The Highland, Dallas // Consulted with BehringerHarvard and Realty America Group in the renovation of the former Mockingbird-Hilton Hotel. Launched condominium sales for the new high-rise tower and mid-rise lofts, and assisted with the introduction of Kimpton Hotels to Texas.
Austin City Lofts, Austin // Provided marketing, advertising, and public relations services to successfully re-position this luxury urban loft high-rise to the Austin community. Assisted sales team in taking project from 10% to 40% sold in a six-month period.
1999 McKinney, Dallas // On-site sales staffing and total marketing services for this 20 story, 64 unit luxury loft development in Uptown Dallas, resulted in 42 sales in ten months and taking the project from 35% sold to 100% sold during this same period of time.
Park Laurel on The Prado, San Diego // Public relations services included coordinating for developer CLB Partners the world movie premiere of "Unforgettable, The Little Mo Connolly Story" based on San Diego and Dallas resident Maureen Connolly Brinker's life story. Tower One of Park Laurel sold out and Tower Two sold out within ninety days of release of sales at an average price of $550 per square foot.
The Mayfair at Turtle Creek, Dallas // Marketing/public relations and sales services during a three-month pre-completion effort successfully pre-sold over 60% of this $68 million luxury residential high-rise. As a homeowner at The Mayfair, Kyle Crews remained involved in stabilizing the development, post-developer, and served on the HOA Board of Directors. He has been involved in the re-development of historic Lee Park and Arlington Hall, adjacent to The Mayfair.

The Travis at Katy Trail // A high-rise community of mostly two-story homes located in the heart of Dallas overlooking Highland Park and The Katy Trail. Assumed marketing and sales responsibility in 2009 for this ten-year old, primarily rental community. Worked closely with Hall Financial, owner of the unsold units, to renovate common areas as well as re-branding, and re-launching sales at The Travis, resulting in 10 sales in 2009, despite the national economic recession.
The Tower Residences at The Stoneleigh // Developed a fully integrated sales and marketing program to launch condominium sales, while also serving as a consultant to Apollo Real Estate Services and Prescott Realty in the re-development and renovation of the historic Stoneleigh Hotel. Brought Carleton Varney, CEO, The Dorothy Draper Company, to restore the 1930's era penthouse atop The Stoneleigh to its original glory, resulting in extensive media coverage, including Architectural Digest.
Milago Condominiums, Austin // Assisted in the positioning and marketing of Fairfield Residential's first for-sale condominium. The sales launched resulted in 238 of the 240 condominium homes being reserved in the first 90 days, making Milago one of the most successful condominium sales projects in the Southwest.
